How the Preview Works

- Nonrefundable, non-equity, no voting rights
Investment Overview
Key Details:
- Annual Preview Fee: $20,000 + tax
- Promotional Initial Capital Contribution: $30,000 (due upon application and acceptance into Sport Membership)
- Monthly Dues: $1,121.37 (includes tax)
At the end of the Preview period, participants may apply for full membership, subject to availability and Board approval.
- Preview Memberships are valid only for the 2026 calendar year
- Participation does not guarantee eligibility for full membership
