Here at Kensington Golf & Country Club, we are committed to the health and wellness of our members. We strive to help members achieve their healthy lifestyle goals. Our Fitness Center features standard cardio equipment and a complete circuit of strength training machines to provide the most beneficial workout.
We offer a full schedule of classes, including yoga, Pilates, Barre, TRX, Sports Recovery & Stretch, Golf Conditioning, Swim Fitness and Titleist Performance Institute golf-specific training. The Fitness Center features a Pilates Equipment Studio.
We offer Private, Double and Group Class Instruction.
A variety of classes are offered in season which includes, Strength, Mat Pilates, Barre, TRX, Yoga, Bounce, Tai Chi and Men’s Golf Conditioning. Kensington also offers a TPI Program (Titleist Performance Institute) taught by a Level 3 TPI Instructor. This program includes corrective exercises to help you expand your horizons and enjoy the game of a lifetime.
For those seeking more individualized attention, a personal trainer can develop a program targeted specifically for your abilities, limitations and goals.

Well, we have the privilege of enjoying a luxurious massage every day at our Day Spa. We have three well-trained massage therapists who provide a menu of various options ranging from Hot Stone, Bamboo, and Swedish massage. We also have the option of having a chair massage to relieve neck, shoulder and back pain. If you prefer a calming facial, there are several options for the type you prefer. Your skin will thank you! I enjoy the spa so much that I ask my family members for gift certificates for special occasions. We are so fortunate to be able to walk or drive over to the Fitness Center & Day Spa when we want to be pampered or relieved of aches and pains "

"When I began working out at the Fitness Center several years ago, I was already a "gym rat" who only wanted guidance in creating a workout routine to do on my own. I now train with the Director of Fitness twice a week for Pilates and strength training. Each week I can hardly wait to train because I know how much the training has improved my energy and strength.
