The Amenities Plan project, which is currently underway, is anticipated to be completed in early 2019. The $3.5-million construction project includes the addition of several new member amenities as well as a complete refurbishment of certain existing facilities. Current clubhouse dining, outside events and golf course operations will not be affected during the construction of the new outdoor Patio Café, bocce ball courts and pickleball courts.

Included in the renovation plans is a new 150-seat outdoor dining area designed by well-known Naples architect David Humphrey. The building will boast an island style architecture, including a full kitchen, bar and soft seating area with firepit. It also will provide resort style food and beverage service for those using the club’s nearby pool area

Also included in the renovation is a complete refurbishment of the club’s tennis facilities. The seven existing Har-Tru courts will be resurfaced and four pickleball courts will be added. There also are plans to add two bocce ball courts and a pavilion near the pool area.
